Round Dhaka - Construction

With Dad visiting one of the sights which he kept remarking on were the construction methods.  Labour is incredibly cheap here, so tasks that would usually take 1 man and 1 machine a couple of hours, take 5-6 men a couple of days to do by hand. But they are still cheaper, and use basic tools which need no maintenance.

Construction is going on absolutely everywhere - the tapping of hammers, and the sound of sledgehammers are constant and fall into the background.
