made risotto with half of it last night, and some dried porcini, and poached chicken...was bloomin lovely.Mushroom itself..not super yum, nor super yukky - definately a better texture than tinned ones (slugs)- not too strong a taste.The rest going into chicken and mushroom pie for tea
