I'm a member of the North American Women's Association, which is in fact a lively international group - this week 30 or so of us went to visit Blue Skies - a local brand which we know mostly from the roadside juice vendors.
It turned out to be a very interesting and enlightening morning. Blue Skies is it turns out, the largest private employer in Ghana, and is mostly busy with preparing and packaging tropical fruits for the supermarkets in Europe. The sheer quantity of fruit passing through this factory 24 hours a day was surprising. All the good promo information can be found here -

we were given some samples - which we were all quite keen to receive - which is weird considering we can buy the same fruit at any roadside stall, and process ourselves with a knife!
