Accra beach

Google 'Ghana' and you see pictures of beautiful beaches.
When you come to Accra nobody talks about the Accra beaches. So I investigated this seemingly contradiction.

I started right next to Labadi beach resort, the only place in Accra where people come for the beach. Well, if you see what gets dumped right next to it, you would never come near the sea.

There is a tiny fishing community a little further

All the spots you see are pieces of rubbish

The trip ended near Osu castle. You can not go there, there is a little park just in front of it that is visited by nearly nobody. 

Just for those who think we live in Africa and therefor right in between the wild live, yes it is true, here is the proof; an Ostrich in Accra.
